Application / Product Range:
• Designed to operate in conjunction with (feeding) Buncher machines, insulation extrusion lines, and rewinding lines to pay off copper, steel, and aluminum wires, as well as insulated cables.
• Can be installed on existing machines.

• Maximum pay-off speed: up to 400 m/min (600 m/min upon request)
• The pay-off is dimensioned for 2 metallic reels type DIN 630 or DIN 800 mm
• Load capacity per reel with copper (approx. max.): 900 kg
• Déroulé unwinding, with two independent motorized cantilevered shafts positioned on opposite sides (1 shaft on each side of the module) for reels with bore diameter from Ø 80 mm up to 127 mm
• Independent and constant pay-off tension, controlled by a compensating accumulator (dancer tower) with counterweight adjustment, enabling smooth and perpendicular pay-off from the reel
• Operation direction: Left / Right
• Operating voltage: 380 V / 60 Hz (others to be confirmed)
