• Available power: 3,000 to 6,000 A.
• Continuous annealing is based on the process of heating wire by electric current and contact with sequential pulleys.
• The current flow is taken to the contact pulleys by gatherers and brushes
• Control of annealing tension is adjustable and will automatically adjust during acceleration and deceleration of the wire drawing line.
• Annealing zones:
– 1 pre-heating.
– 2 annealing (where the wire is actually annealed in a self-generated non-oxidizing steam atmosphere).
– 3 cooling (where is cooled in a water bath).
• Residual water is removed by a compressed-air drying device.
• Features: cooling solution tank with pump and heat exchanger (included).
• Driven by the wire drawing machine trough belts or an AC Motor
• Optional: Separation wire device to allow annealing tinned copper in multiwire machines.
• Operating direction: Right.
• Operating voltage: 380V 60 Hz (Other to be confirmed).
