• Works with bunching machines, insulation extruders and rewinding lines to unwind copper, steel and aluminum wires and insulated cables.

• The payoff is configured for 02 DIN 630 or DIN 800 mm-type metal coils.
• Deroulé payoff, with two independent and opposing motorized cantilevered shafts (1 shaft on each side of the module) for coils with holes of up to ø 127 mm.
• Independent and constant unwinding, controlled by the pneumatically adjustable controll dancer, enabling smooth unwinding.
• Maximum unwinding speed: up to 300 m/min.
• Load capacity of the copper coil (approx. max.): 450 – 850 kg.
• Direction of operation: Left/Right.
• Operating voltage: 380V 60 Hz (Other to be confirmed).
Supplementary equipment:
• Cart with hydraulic lifting, for coil loading and unloading.
