Application/Product Range:
Electro-mechanical Double Twist Buncher, with capstan and Reichenbach acoustic and safety protection cabin, intended for the manufacture of aluminum, bare or tinned copper ropes and assembly of insulated cables.
The project was specially designed to offer high torsional speeds and high work performance.
The adjustment of the equipment’s torsional pitch is carried out electronically via PLC, without steps.
The equipment has an HMI control panel (Human Machine Interface) with a color monitor to facilitate data entry and indication of production parameters.
Additionally, with the purpose of facilitating the observation of the spread, a camera is installed inside the cabin, allowing the operator to intervene in the event of an abnormality.
